No Hidden or estimated costs - If the company you are considering purchasing from has a store in your state, they will be required to collect sales tax. At WaterStates Trading Company our bottom line home delivered prices are accurate, and we collect no sales tax except Minnesota. WaterStates Trading Company is located in Minnesota and must collect the sales tax % from customers that take delivery in Minnesota. If you live in another state, it is up to you to comply with applicable sales tax regulations in your state. Regular orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours. Cancellations accepted after this period will incur a cancellation charge and possibly a factory restocking fee. We do not credit incurred freight charges. To purchase our products we currently accept Visa and MasterCard through PayPal!

Shipping and Delivery Information – WaterStates Trading Company orders are drop shipped straight from the factory to your home, no going through a vast array of distribution centers which substantially increases the length of time and probability of damage to your boat. This avoids expensive warehousing costs and delayed delivery time, both the time and the savings are passed on to you. Most Boats are "in-stock" and usually ship within 1-7 business days! Transit time is 6-10 business days, depending on distance from the respective factory. If you need an estimated delivery time when you order your merchandise, please call. While we try to meet or beat these times, such estimates are always subject to manufacturers' production and scheduling changes. If you require after business hours delivery, extra delivery charges may apply. WaterStates Trading Company cannot be responsible for manufacturers' freight carrier delays.

Delivery Costs: Delivery charges are included in the price of certain products, The normal delivery service is curb side delivery. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and bring it inside. If a truck cannot get to your house, then you are responsible for picking the boat up from the nearest terminal, or the nearest location to your house that the truck can access. Customers located in remote areas or areas where a semi truck cannot get to, may have longer transit times. Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight.

If for some reason you are unable to have your product delivered within 3 days of the freight carrier’s notification you are liable for and will be charged any storage fees. To avoid this, please be on hand to accept delivery within a timely window.

If you order a product and then are unable to be contacted when the product is ready for delivery, we will hold your product for 2 weeks at the local terminal. You may arrange to have it delivered in this time; however you are responsible for any associated storage fees. If we are still unable to deliver the product after two weeks, we will return the product to the factory and you will be charged the actual freight there and back as well as storage and restocking fees.

Inspect the boat thoroughly upon delivery. Write on the bill of laden before the freight company driver leaves, the nature of the damage and/or if any components are missing. If possible take pictures, and attach them in an email so we can have a complete damage report on file. If you fail to note freight damage on the bill of laden upon delivery, the freight carrier will not compensate you for your loss!!! If there is extensive damage like a fork lift hole in the side of the boat, reject it, and a replacement boat will automatically be processed.

Returns: If your order has been shipped and you are unhappy with your purchase, and the product is undamaged, and you wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a 15% -50% restocking fee and freight costs to you and shipping costs back to the factory.  Before placing your order please review your order and make sure that you are comfortable with it. We do not credit incurred freight charges or packaging charges.
